    Yes this is a great place for veggie black bean burgers! They're packed w taste so I recommend that. I wanted to tell you a little story as well... So every two weeks, I have to drop off some cash through a mail slot. I invariably forget the damned envelope. This has been going on all year and so I will desperately ask different shop owners and people do you have an envelope? Even if it's marked up, even if it looks bad and some people are willing to help me, & most don't have any envelopes whatsoever, which is hard to believe because everyone gets mail. Well, when I finally find someone who has an envelope, I'm so grateful lol I asked the girl behind the register and she said they didn't have any of those, but she looked completely uninterested in helping me as well. I asked DONT YOU get mail? I was suspicious that you couldn't find an envelope which I thought was totally bogus. I suddenly had a feeling and followed it. I asked to speak to her manager and the woman, the manager, with a great big smile and didn't even skip a beat, easily whipped out an envelope for me - a nice big one white one and with nothing on - that's what you call service with a smile! I told her I would write a great review for her & she laughed in appreciation, because that very thing tells you a lot about a person when you're desperate for something and no one helps...of course it tells you a lot about the unhelpful cashier too!

    My brother tried this restaurant a month ago, and he insisted to come back with me to try it again. I was wrong in giving this place a low score. The food is good, and I really liked my turkey burger.

    salad was full and awesome- the day manager is so nice ! she has a wonderful presence with customer service! horseradish sauce on the fries is the bomb!

    We just finished a decent hike at Trail Canyon Falls and was looking for some good food for lunch. We were thinking about In n Out or some other local food and settled on this place. This place is located in a large shopping plaza in Burbank. The plaza is busy but you will be able to find parking. The menu has a similar vibe to Habit Burger in terms of the variety of their sandwich/burger offerings. 3 of us got Hickory burgers. 1 side of regular fries. 1side of onion rings. Last order was 1 hatch chili burger + side of onion rings. We all agreed the hickory burgers were very good. I liked my fries and my friends liked their onion rings, them being comparable to Habits. Jack in the Box and Burger King onion rings don't compare. My friend didn't like his hatch chili burger as much, but then he's a picky eater so take it with a grain of salt. Service was also really good. The server brought us extra water, sauces, and even brought a water bowl for my friend's dog. My friend was surprised by their level of service as we typically don't get this type of service at fast food restaurants. I am going to give it 4-4.5 stars, and with the service it definitely gets a 5! If I was in the area again would definitely stop by again!
